Overview

Extruder Operator:

Preferably ITI – Plastic Processing Operator (PPO). Should have 2 to 3 years’ experience in PP/PET sheet extruder is preferred. Salary range is from Rs.21,000 to 26,000 CTC / month

Thermoforming Operator:

Preferably ITI – Plastic Processing Operator (PPO). Should have 2 to 3 years’ experience in thermoforming is preferred or blow molding / injection molding etc., is also considered. Salary range is from Rs.18,000 to Rs.23,000/- CTC /month

Electrical : 

Preferably should be ITI- Electronics. In case ITI  electronics is not available next preference will be given to ITI- Electrical. Both must have at least 4-5 years’ experience in continuous industry, must have worked on maintenance department. Hands on experience of handling AC motors, drives.  Basic Knowledge of PLC, VFD, power supplies, motor starters, DOL & star-delta starters  is must. Salary range is from Rs.20,000 to 25,000 CTC / month

Fitter :

Must be ITI -Fitter having 4-5 years’ experience in continuous industry with hands on experience in repair of machinery, (e.g. bearings replacement, preventive maintenance of plant,  gearboxes, alignment of pumps). Knowledge of utilities viz. water chillers, air  compressors, DG sets. Salary range is from Rs.20,000 to 25,000 CTC / month

QC Officer / Executive: 

Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / Polymer Science 

• Working knowledge in Extrusion / Thermoforming plant
• Knowledge of MFI, Tensile, Haze, Cof, Master content, microscope for barrier testing equipment etc.,
• Inward checking,
• Internal Audit / Supplier audit
• System knowledge (BRCGS / ISO)
• Customer handling, CAPA etc.,’
• 3 to 4 years’ experience [ Rs.19,000 to 24,000 CTC/pm)
